01 — Training

There is no federal standard for AI literacy. The workforce is figuring it out alone.

Some offices import corporate training from Google, Microsoft, or Amazon — designed for technologies that haven't cleared your network. Others watch shadow AI fill the gap, one personal subscription at a time. Neither is a strategy. Workers deserve vetted knowledge transfer from someone who understands both the environment and the mission.

Five things the federal workforce needs to know.

01

The limits of AI

Where models confabulate, where they fail silently, and what is and isn't safe to delegate. A clear-eyed map of the failure modes — so your team knows when to trust output and when to throw it away.

02

Deterministic prompting

Writing instructions that produce the same result twice. The difference between asking a model a question and giving it a procedure. How to test, version, and hand off prompts the way you'd hand off code.

03

The theory of agentic AI

What an agent is, what it isn't, and why the distinction matters before you let one touch a workflow. Where autonomy lives, where it shouldn't, and how to recognize a tool that's pretending to be one.

04

Human-in-the-loop workflows

Designing processes that keep accountability with people while taking the speed gains models offer. Checkpoints, reviewer roles, and the paperwork that proves your humans were actually in the loop.

05

Developers as systems governors

Coding agents accelerate output, but developers must ensuring AI-generated systems are secure, compliant, and mission ready. No "vibe coding." A strategy for human oversight, not headcount reduction.

Candid Sail

Candid Sail is a decision support tool for stress-testing plans and ideas to identify blind spots and missed opportunities. The system orchestrates a moderated debate between multiple frontier models to highlight uncertainty and weakness.

It is built on Bearzenker's patent-pending CANDID technology. We build Candid Sail to allow us to move beyond what was previously possible.

03 — Demos

Experimentation means learning lessons — and the failures matter as much as the successes.

A picture-perfect demo page would showcase nothing but wins. But pursuing excellence means making mistakes. If you don't fail, maybe you haven't tried anything new. If you don't fail, maybe you aren't even trying.

That's what makes Bearzenker different. Our business model lets us fail on our time, not yours. We make controlled mistakes, document them, and present the lessons learned.

And we have fun doing it. This page is fun experiments that push our boundaries — not proof we're perfect, proof we're ready.

Each experiment had a specific goal, deliberately complicated enough to invite failure, but all of them recovered into a minimal viable product. Enjoy.

Two experiments, on the record.
